Description

A Digestive Reliever

Wild mint is a powerful digestive supporter. It is known as a stomachic, meaning it promotes the appetite and assists with digestion. Wild Mint can be used for indigestion, flatulence, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, dysentery, intestinal worms and many other abdominal disorders. This is due to its carminative, antispasmodic and anthelmintic properties.

It’s also used to relieve gall stones and jaundice.

A Respiratory Supporter

Traditionally, and still, until today, the leaves are used to relieve colds, coughs, sinus infections and headaches, asthma, dyspnea, tonsilitis and other respiratory ailments. It also contains anti-catarrhal properties which help to expel mucous from the body.

The use of Wild mint in the treatment of throat irritation, mouth and sore throat is widespread.

Dosage:

Acute Cases: 20-30 drops 3 x per day

Directions:
